Hi, I’m Coach Endee the founder of SF9 Fitness. I am a Microsoft Certified Data Analyst and an experienced weight loss coach with 10+ years under my belt.

I created SF9 Fitness Outfit to help busy professionals and new/breastfeeding moms cut through the noise and lose weight  with simple, data-backed steps that fit real life in Nigeria.

No gimmicks. Just clarity, accountability, and steady results.

My Weight Loss Story

 

In 2015, something strange happened—I looked in the mirror and saw a young guy… looking 50.
The pot belly didn’t help (it’s funny now; it wasn’t then). Friends were making jokes, my health kept dipping, and I knew if I didn’t act fast, my village people would truly laugh me to scorn.

So I went all in. I registered at two gyms, shuttled morning and night, lifting heavy, sweating hard for six months.
At the end of 6 months, there was no results,  nothing to show for my hardwork. I grabbed the exit door of the gym, slammed it behind me, and swore: “I’m done.”

That anger drove me to seek a genuine solution. I was tired of the confusion, of wasting money, doing “plenty of work” with zero results.

I started researching the secrets of sustainable and effective weightloss and that was when I learnt the secrets that transformed my body, health and life for good.
